Returns and Exchanges

We accept replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to enzoinc999@gmail.com  with images of the damaged item. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
  • Wrong Product Received: If you receive the wrong product, kindly contact us with relevant images, and we’ll work to rectify the issue promptly.
  • If you do not like our product you can notify return within 7 days of receiving the product , If it is unused and in original packaging  and not damaged. You have to send the product to our address and after we receive it we will initiate the refund

To initiate a return or replacement request:
Step 1: Raise a return/replacement request within 24 hours from the date of delivery if you’ve received the wrong product. Include pictures and videos of the damaged or wrong product and email them to enzoinc999@enzoreusable-com
Step 2: Our support team will respond to your request within 48 working hours with the next steps.
Step 3: After verification, we’ll arrange a pickup for the damaged product.

Refunds and Replacements

Depending on the nature of the request, the following steps will be taken:
Case 1 (Request for Refund): Refunds will be issued through Razorpay, which takes 5-7 business days to process.
Case 2 (Request for Replacement of Damaged Product): We’ll issue a replacement for the damaged product, which will be sent within 3-4 working days, subject to stock availability.
Case 3 ( If you didn’t like our product) Once we receive the product ,after verification we will issue refund.

Third-Party Marketplace Purchases

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you purchase your product from any third-party marketplaces, such as Amazon/Myntra/Flipkart/Blinkit/Nykaa/Swiggy/Firstcry etc, please kindly approach the respective point of sale for any inquiries, returns, or exchanges. We recommend contacting the marketplace’s customer service for assistance regarding your purchase from their platform.
